Guest guest
I have been super busy, and not been keeping up with the group lately, (except for Ken, we read his journal daily) but if I could interrupt things and just as a question... My daughter who is 9 years old and asymptomatic yesterday and today has had really dark, actually orangy red colored urine. Now I know that they always ask if it is the color of cola...but what about tang!? LOL She is not in pain and says it doesn’t hurt when she pees. Is this good? Bad? Or indifferent?? Thanks! Guest guest
Any other meds? Orange is pretty typical for sulfasalazine, especially if you're not drinking enough. A more reddish tinge is typical for rifampin. This site has the entire rainbow of urine colors (and reasons) http://www.pediatriceducation.org/2006/08/28 Arne ---- Beth Hunt wrote: ============= ....My daughter who is 9 years old and asymptomatic yesterday and today has had really dark, actually orangy red colored urine.
