The efforts PSC Partners Seeking a Cure has made to secure money to support

research and a cure have been championed by many of us at the support group but

none more so than Lee Bria who has single handedly taken our fundraising cause

to the next level. The " Road to ville " will certainly be a success, just

like the other fund raisers Lee has done.

Probably the most overlooked and yet easiest to participate in effort that Lee

has initiated is our recycling program. Albeit small, we have consistently

generated revenue for PSC Partners each and every month since we started this

program. When we send them our used up old ink jet cartridges and cell phones

AAA Environmental sends us a check. And they even provide the postage paid

envelopes which makes this soooo easy.

Here are some updated details on how to get started. If you have any envelopes

on hand you may need to get rid of them and order new ones. If your envelopes

have the destination of lin TN please discard them in an environmentally

friendly manner. Re-order new envelopes either online or via toll free number.

www.aaaenvironmentalinc.com or 1-. Remember to give them our special

code PSCPARTNE01. No " R " at the end of PARTNER and no breaks between letters and

numbers. For each envelope you must have a minimum of 3 ink jet cartridges or

cell phones or a combination of both. This is the reason for the new

envelopes......postage rates have sky rocketed and the new envelopes can handle

the extra number of items. PLEASE REMEMBER..no Epson cartridges or laser

cartridges will be accepted. They cannot recycle the Epsons and the Laser

cartridges are to cost prohibitive with shipping charges.

For those of you new to the support site, I want you to know that AAA

Environmental was very generous in donating money to support our group and also

donated items for past conferences. It has been a win win situation for PSC

Partners. So please make that call to AAA today and spread those envelopes out

to neighbors friends and at work. If you have any questions contact me at

Thank you Tim , I just wanted to say that Tim is not on my payroll. Ha Ha.While the writing was mine and I thank you for the acknowledgment, the actual Road to ville idea came from Deb Wente at our board meeting. So we owe her a big thanks as we watch the miles climb and know that we are all having a hand in the future of PSC.Big thanks to Dave too who put up the map that keeps track of the miles and the amount donated. We are getting low on gas in Kansas so we hope to find some fuel soon.Check it out here.http://www.pscpartners.org/RtJ.htmFrom our first conference, I said that it would take our group helping ourselves first and then help would come from others.I still think this is true. This truly has become a group effort. We are going to make a difference.Have you had a fundraiser to raise $50 for a mile yet?Need some ideas? Contact me and we will see what we can come up with. For those saving their change, it is amazing how it can add up to $50 in the piggy bank, mine is almost full again so I should be sending in a mile soon.Tim , thanks for keeping us up to date on AAA. I just sent in 3 cartridges last week.  [in one envelope]Lee
