This place has a very large list of suppliers of pastured products:

http://www.eatwild.com/suppliers.html

If you want a lead, there it is. I've not scanned every single

website on the list, so I can't answer your question completely.

However, I have done a little legwork and although it's not much,

it's just one more thing you won't have to do. I would guess that

even if a particular organ is not listed among a website's products

it might still be available on special request. If you find somebody

willing to sell you those especially " cool " organs, please let me

know. I'm not kidding, please tell me. It's one more thing I won't

have to do :) The only place I've found that sells lungs among the

sites I have actually looked at is here:

http://www.paidom.com/organs.htm

They also sell sweetbreads (I don't know which kind) Hope that helps!

Just out of curiosity (I can never make a post without asking some

type of question) [1] why do you want rabbit? Aren't they low in

saturated fat or something like that? [2] You sound like the type of

person who would know (or like to know) where to get cheap liver. How

much do you pay for your liver and where do you get it? Just

curious :)

Thanks!
