Get the EMLA cream – put it on, and IN the vagina before PT and

you will not feel a thing. There is help, don’t give up. If you can’t get a prescription

for it immediately you can send away for it, but it costs 36.00, put the tube

will last a long time. It really completely numbs the area – you will really

like it.

Subject: Stanford doctor was no help

She referred me to physical therapy but ignored

the extreme pain I

have in the tissue. I know I need some help with the tissue, estrogen

cream or something but she wouldn't give it to me. I don't know how I

am supposed to do physical therapy where they insert probes and things

when I am in too much pain to insert anything. Sigh. Once again I feel

completely hopeless.
