Guest guest
A friend recently sent me an e-mail telling me that her mother's neurologist suggested nicotine gum for senior dementia, and he told her it would probably work for her autistic son. He said, be very careful to strictly follow the directions about chewing and then holding the gum in the cheek for 2 minutes. I don't know if she ever spoke w/ her son's doctor about it, but it is interesting to know that there is finally more information out there on this subject that we can consider and question our children's doctors about. Thanks for sharing. Guest guest
I perked up from this study as well because I was a smoker before I became pregnant and of course, like so many of us, wondered how the nicotine or lack thereof may have affected my daughter’s diagnosis. Maybe nothing but an Interesting read. Hmmmm????
