Guest guest
,is he on steroids? My son had these sweats when he was on the steroids.LeeAll summer long, has had these drenching sweats. I keep bath towels on the bed and change them out at least once a night. He has lost so much water that he has had IV fluids about once a week for the last 5 weeks.
Guest guest
I've been having really bad night sweats for the last week or two. I think it's because of the fevers that the CMV has been causing. They finally seem to have mostly gone away the last few nights. Not sure what to tell you to do about it, except that it has gotten better as the fevers went away. I do agree that it's a real pain though. Almost impossible to get a good nights sleep, and very uncomfortable to boot. athan
Guest guest
Hi , There seams to be a connection between liver and night sweats, during the two-three last years I usually change my shirt once in the night. I also remember my acupuncturist asking about night sweats, so in chinese medicin there also seams to be a strong connection. For me the effect of steroids has been the opposite, since beginning with them I have experienced less sweating, most nights I have not had to change my shirt. So some similar symptoms, but not as much as has. , UC & PSC '83, AIH overlap 2007 > > All summer long, has had these drenching sweats. Guest guest
I was sweating a lot last October & November before I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatitis. I'm now on immunosuppresents which controls the AIH and I'm not having the sweating. _________________________________________________________________ Discover sweet stuff waiting for you at the Messenger Cafe.
