Guest guest
Ok I know I don't post messages in here often. But I had to spread the good new I had. Yesterdy I saw my GI or Hep doc whatever he is. He told me my alkaline phosphatase level had gone from 215 on the previous visit to around 140 this visit and my bilirubin level was low to, not normal but close to it. The doc said we caught this in its infancy, that's a huge load off my shoulders and my parents as well. I contribute all the good news, to first and foremost my faith in GOD, second to eating healthy(lots of fruits and veggies) no alcohol, very little soda. I believe good hydration is a big key to all this. I drink at least 64-96 oz of water a day. Well this is my good news for the day. Hope everyone has a great day!
