Guest guest
Before I judge what the parent(s) did, I think that the child was abandoned at a medical facility and possibly cared for prior to this. We all know that services and help are difficult to obtain and that some people have no one, no money, no help at a crisis. Perhaps the father was at the end of his rope and chose...not to abuse, not to abandon in the street, not to hurt this boy that probably needs a special home. The boy is alive. Perhaps he has a future now.
