Guest guest
I thought I would try GABA with my son. I took the large capsule over to his mashed banana with other supps to open and sprinkle a little in. He took it from my hand and swallowed the whole capsule! What dosage do you give your children and their weight? I have searched GABA and it seems I don't have to worry about toxicity, just maybe an increase in anxiety if he has taken too much. Thanks, Cathy
Guest guest
My DAN said 3000 mg was safe... he laughed a little at me when I said I had my son (at first) on 100 mg. ;-)My kids were taking 1500mg, up to twice a day. They now are not on as much... we are instead using predominantly inositol and niacinamide. A tiny bit of GABA. I thought I would try GABA with my son. Guest guest
Yes, it is a wonderful thing. Fortunately he does take capsules, but I give him his inositol (a powder) and magnesium (very large pill) in the mashed banana. He learned to take pills when one day he simply could no longer take CLO as a liquid. Every time he tried, it came back up. I told him his only other choice was the capsules and he managed to do it. I hope it happens soon for you, too! Cathy > > I dont know anything about GABA but now you know he can swallow a capsule! Â Woohoo, i am waiting for that day!
