This needs to be taken or sent to a compounding pharmacy, but it

really, really works and takes away all itching and pain. It doesn’t usually

(for most women) burn on contact. So far, of the millions I have tried this is

working the best.

" PERI-NERVE #5 CREAM COMPOUND " (your

pharmacy may call it something else such as: Ketamine Combo Oint.” Or Trigger

Point Cream”)

Rx is written:

Mexiletine/ Ketamine/ Phenytoin/ Clonidine/ Menthol gel or

cream (you can get put in a different base than Menthol)

2%/5%/ 5%/0.2%/ 0.25% topically

Sig: apply to affected area 3-4 times daily 30 days

Does one need a Doctor's prescription for this?

Thanks for the info, nne. Glad to hear something is offering you 'some' relief. Who prescribed this combo for you? It sounds similar to the combo of meds that Heuseman (Bellevue Pharmacy Solutions) sent me.
