Guest guest Posted June 28, 2008 Report Share Posted June 28, 2008 Going off of the birth control pill, dietary changes (low sugar, no cows milk, natural and organic, no food dyes, no preservatives, etc. little wheat, no yeast), testosterone cream, B-vitamins, magnesium calcium, anti-fungals, DHEA oral supplement, Yeast Arrest boric acid suppositories to balance my vaginal ph. No bubble bath, no soaps, unscented laundry detergent, no fabric softner. Positive attitude with acceptance, that if a flare up would occur it is no big deal, just do the treatments and do not obsess about it. BlueeberriGas prices getting you down?
