Question about inflammation

hello,

i was just wondering if any one experiences inflammation of the vulva?

it's quite odd because the right side is OK but the left side is

inflammed to the point that it feels like my muscles have tightened

(left side only). my pain varies from rawness to itching but lately

it's been this inflammation. i still havent been diagnosed so i think

i am driving myself crazy with what it could be!!

all help appreciated.
