Guest guest
I'm extremely skeptical. An (admittedly) brief review of http://www.hcmionline.com/consulting/understanding_energy.pdf reveals some startlingly incorrect definitions of frequency, for example. I don't know much about anything that's described there, but the few things I do know about it are just plain wrong. This leads me to question the rest of the statements. I like to think I have a fairly open mind, but I'm also looking for a something more than " trust me " . This " treatment " appears to be unavailable to non-Christians. Also, as the wife of a Presbyterian minister, must say that I am appalled and infuriated at the statement it makes that: " ...lack of health indicates lack of harmony with God in some area of our life. " I've run up against that kind of garbage before, and I can assure you it's not a part of Christianity as I know and live it!!! For anyone who believes that, I would refer you to the 9th chapter of , where Jesus heals the man who was born blind. The disciples asked Him whose sin had caused the blindness. Jesus replied " It was NOT that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. " We have to remember that God often uses our troubles, our burdens, and our lives so that others can see God in us. I, personally, couldn't make it through this life without the tremendous strength which comes from my faith in God. If we didn't need strength, patience, peace, comfort, etc., then we wouldn't need God! We would be perfect creatures, needing nothing from anyone, anywhere, anytime! Other statements on this website which bother me include: " ...the number of activities performed by the neurons is a number at least two hundred miles long. " (Say what????) " The electroencephalograph (EEG) .... is the lie detector. " (The two are hardly interchangeable!!) " Religeous Disclaimer ... " (Perhaps I'm picky, but I automatically become skeptical when they can't even spell religious!! It worries me even more when someone insists that they are not religious because they don't allow their beliefs to fall under any religious category. Sounds to me as if he's admitting he's way out in left field somewhere, and there!) " Science tells us we use only 8% of our brains. " (OK, so maybe some of the lame-brains at Mcs fall into that category, but I do believe the rest of us function at a little higher level than that!) " Kinesiology is the strength challenge of any given muscle. " (No, kinesiology is the study of the principles of mechanics and anatomy in relation to human movement.) OK ... enough already!!! I've not even read half the page yet but I'm thoroughly convinced this guy is a full bubble off center! Regards, Carolyn B. in SC
