Guest guest
Does anyone know if Universal Studio is still offering a Disability Pass that allows shorter wait time to go on the rides? What kind of of proof I need to bring with me beside a letter from the doctors? I will really appreciate your help regarding this matter. Thank you ....LiLi
Guest guest
Hi, yes they will give you a pass, I was just there in May. However, they used to give you individual express passes and now they give you one pass and some rides it does not work for. I usually bring a doctor's note, but I believe once they have you in their system, you are ok. One suggestion they gave me was to always bring the previous pass you had, which we do. Hope you have a great time. Jane Universal Studio in Orlando express passes.... Guest guest
Yes you have to go to guest services with a letter and they will give you the pass. Also the last time I called they told me if you mention this at the ticket counter they will give you a discount for the person with disability and one companion! Guest guest
You will not need to provide any documentation. Go to guest services and explain that you have a child with autism that can not tolerate extended wait times or crowded spaces and they will provide you an express pass.
