Deb,

I haven't used steroids in a long time, since way before I was

pregnant, because they don't help me. I only use the tiniest drop of

estradiol each night at bedtime - I don't insert a full dosage

vaginally like women who use it for hormone replacement. The doctors

did tell me I could use more while breastfeeding as most women have

dryness then and mine will be even worse with my LP.
