Guest guest
Just so happy I really want to share with my KO family... My fiance & I got married today =) Since we're both divorced, we didn't want anything big and fancy so just made arrangements to go to the courthouse. We told his kids this weekend to avoid conflict with his likely uBPD ex wife... amazingly, she was really great about it... which means it's the calm before the storm. She was ok with us getting his kids out of school early so they could come too. Anyway, just wanted to share in my very happy day! I can't believe how much better my life is now than it was just a few short years ago. I have an amazing, wonderful, caring husband who is my best friend and soul mate, two awesome stepkids and am almost done with my degree. Things are really very good... which is a little scary because as a KO I feel like I'm always looking over my shoulder a little bit waiting for the other shoe to drop, you know? But I'm moving on, moving forward. And very happy! <3 Mia
Guest guest
(((((Mia!!!!!))))) I am so very happy for you!!! Best of wishes to you on your new married life together. I know that KO think about anticipating that the other shoe is going to drop, so I hope you can just brush off that KO flea and enjoy the wonderful sweet time this is for you, fully. This is what life is all about: creating joy and sharing joy. Much joy to you and yours! -Annie > > Just so happy I really want to share with my KO family... > > My fiance & I got married today =) Since we're both divorced, we didn't > want anything big and fancy so just made arrangements to go to the > courthouse. Guest guest
Congratulations!!!   Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.  Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.  It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Guest guest
Congratulations, Mia! I hate that feeling of looking over my shoulder and waiting for the other shoe to drop. I don't think it will ever go away as long as my nada is alive and might potentially cause a commotion or otherwise ruin things. Guest guest
Thanks all! I really am very happy! =) But yeah, I knew you guys would understand the " other shoe dropping " thing. See? There really are some things that no one else but another KO can understand! Now, we're off for some very yummy Japanese food =) And maybe a glass of plum wine. We don't drink very often, but we've both wanted to try it lol. Guest guest
That's awesome, Mia! So happy for both of you. I wish you much happiness. You deserve it. BTW, I can so identify with that KO feeling of " always looking over your shoulder waiting for the other shoe to drop " . It's good that you are aware of it and realize it's not rational. Just ENJOY this time and don't worry about tomorrow. Congrats! > > Just so happy I really want to share with my KO family... > > My fiance & I got married today =) Since we're both divorced, we didn't > want anything big and fancy so just made arrangements to go to the > courthouse.
