Our daughter was diagnosed with severe gastroparesis( explains constant

nausea and vomiting) as well as psc. Anyone else having this problem?

I am upset that two head of hospital GI doctors never did the tests or

attempted to diagnose it once they knew she had psc. There are diet

and medications that may help. I think psc patients need to be alert to

other possible autoimmune diseases developing.

I agree with you. The endoscopy I had last week showed helicobacter pylori,

a stomach bacteria that is common. I've suffered from nausea for about 3

years now, and h. pylori is a big contributer to nausea and vomiting. It's

cured by antibiotics in about 10 days! Yeah, I'm not happy that it took so

long to discover this.

Good news Marie,

I sometimes wonder if my terrible gastric reflux is due " in part " to H.

Pylori.

I have it under semi control with Omeprazole, but still have the killer

hydrochloric acid running out of my nose in the middle of the night

episodes now and then.
