Guest guest
Every winter (December -April) my son has dark circles and very pale complexion. It seems that no matter what I do it occurs every year like clockwork. I increase his vitamin D, add OLE and Vit C to his supplement protocol but nothing seems to help. He is already on anti-viral, anti yeast, LDN, MB12 every three days, and a compounded vitamin supplement from his Dan Doc. He is also on Singulair and claritin for allergies. I am beginning to wonder if it is just part of living in a cold winter climate. Any thoughts? TIA, Dayna

Guest guest
I as adult have winter as my biggest problem. I get runny nose and later on its jammed. Can't breathe. Some nights I have hadpanic attack. Had to rush to ER. Niacin and C and inositol help. But the other thing that helps is keeping the room warm.---------Ratan Singh, Phone: 91 141 2652561, mail: ratanpsych@...- Certificate in Food & Nutrition; Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education; Life Member, Nutrition Soc. of India; Member ISOM- Author of "Nutrition & Supplements in Major Mental Illnesses";- M.A. (Psychol), Postgraduate Diploma in Medical & Social Psychology, Ph.D.;- Certified Behavior Therapist (from late Prof. J. Guest guest
How about a full spectrum light for light therapy?
