Guest guest
Hi Barb – You may have some nerve sensitivity in those areas. That is why it hurts near your anus and the urethrar. nne From: VulvarDisorders [mailto:VulvarDisorders ] On Behalf Of outstandingg2000 Sent: Friday, July 04, 2008 11:52 PM To: VulvarDisorders Subject: What is wrong? I am not coping well with the disease I go for PT and was told what to do at home.I use a dilator at home and press it inside and if I do it deeper I feel pain in my anus. After I am done with all the exercise(right , center and left side) my anus feels sore a bit. Is that normal for pelvic floor dysfunction? Also, the pain and pressure that I experience comes mostly from external urethrar orifice(the small hole where the urine is passed close to the vagina) Each time I put the dilator inside and if it touches the urethra (external urethrar orifice) I feel like I need to go right away. The problem is that I have been feeling this pain and pressure from that area all day long, each day for many , many months ….I am confused.Could it be any condition I don't know about except PFDand IC?
