Guest guest
squash fries easy! you get any winter squash....and peel then cut into wedges...coat in some oil...bake at 350 till tender....to make crispy i think you could cook at higher temp...i just use some salt for seasoning... but have used maplesyrup and sprinkle of cinnamin....which is good for blood sugar...for sweeter dish..maple syrup is easier to handle then sugar or honey. i stay away from butternut sqaush as it seems to be the only sqwuash that bother my son..i suspect...it is high in fructose...as we have fructose issues... channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Monday, December 19, 2011 9:44 AMSubject: Re: sample menu Please send recpes.
