Guest guest
Hi, my name is Nino Murray and I am a doctoral candidate with Walden University. I am a father of a 16-year-old daughter with autism living on the Big Island of Hawaii. I would like to invite parents to participate in a research study to examine the effects of advocacy training on the perceived self-efficacy and stress experienced by parents of school-aged children with autism. I am searching for parents who either participated in the slaw special education law and advocacy training, or never participated in any type of advocacy training or participated in other advocacy trainings. The survey only takes 10 minutes and both parents can take it. My research website is: http://www.autismparentresearch.com/ If any parents are attending the upcoming law trainings, the survey can be taken once before the training and once again after the training. I thank you in advance for your help, aloha.
