Dr. Referral (Dr. Peacocke/NYC)

I have a friend of mine who suffers with LS and she swears by Dr. Peacocke. I am from NY and unfortunately she is not on my insurance and I just am not ready to lay out the money, but I have heard wonderful things about her. Hope this helps. After many wrong choices, I have found a doctor through research in

NYC. I have an appt. with her on Monday (after waiting a month for

the appt.). Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of Dr.

Hi Jan,

I don't have any knowledge of Dr. Peacocke (I'm in CA), but I just googled her

name and

came across an abstract for her study in using Vitamin D to treat inflammatory

vaginitis. I

am very intrigued! Is the Vitamin D she prescribes oral? Topical? Please let us

know how

your appointment goes--it seems your research has led you to a committed

physician with

an innovative approach to vulvar disease.

Unfortunately Laurie she takes NO insurance....that is how desperate I am. I am willing to dip into my savings to get some kind of treatment.
