Pam, Have you tried Estrace cream has any doc offered it to you? Some have Estradiol compounded to take out any inert ingredients that might irritate. I've used Estrace cream for the past 3 yrs. and it's helped my vulvar skin tremendously. I was getting tiny tears in my skin and it healed them right up. (I was only 32 when I began using it). Hormones can be a big factor for 'some' with vulvar pain. If you go to the bottom of this email, you will find our homepage link. Click on it, then do a search there on the main page on Estrogen & Testosterone. You will find lots of good info of how both can improve the vulvar skin. Take Care,Chelle
