I have always used TwinLabs Dale cod liver oil, but I know a

while back someone on the list said that he didn't think much of Twin Lab

products. I have always felt like TwinLab was pretty good, but I don't

really have any " inside " info on that sort of stuff.

Twin Lab products are widely availabe at most health food stores or

vitamin shops (I think Wal-Mart even handles some Twin Labs stuff--I

don't know about the cod liver oil, though).

I have never used any other brand, so I don't know how it compares.

From www.mercola.com " Carlson Labs. Their lemon flavored cod liver oil

tastes like lemon melted butter. "
