Guest guest Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 I just wanted to add that one might find that some of the foods listed as high oxalate don't bother you and yet, some medium ones may. For instance, I have a problem with onions and they aren't high oxalate. But for the most part, the list is pretty right-on for me.
