I also have some great research articles on how aerobic exercises and treadmill walking helps decrease anxiety, increase attention, cognitive control over increase memory and much more. There is also an old research article on adolescents boys with ASD. They found that daily exercise (aerobic) decreased self stimulation behaviors, increased classroom performance and increased work output in a sheltered workshop! I am a strong advocate in exercise programs!
