Well... If you can have a waffle day (March 25 – it's Feast of the Annunciation originally, but the people of the old days just simply, and "innocently" heard that the priest said it was waffle day.... ), and a day for eating semla (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semla it's a pastry with a filling of almond paste and whipped cream, that day is actually during Lent, that's why the goodies are hidden inside the bun, to make it look like something appropriate for eating during Lent...), I guess you can have a day for eating cinnamon rolls too... There used to be a day for eating crayfish, too. "Premiere of crayfish", that is the first day of the crayfish season, but since fishing for crayfish is now allowed all year (they are no longer threatened of extinction here), there is not really a crayfish season, and hence no "Premiere of crayfish". Traditionalists still hold to 7 August as the (first( day of crayfish eating though. I guess there is no holiday the Swedes can't make into a day about a certain kind of pastry or food... Decadent you say.... well, maybe... ; )love/Reb>> Cinnamon Roll Day? YUMMEEEEEE!!!!!! Oh that sounds SO decadent!!!!! > > > > > ~*~Hugs~*~

considering the whiteness of winter - have at God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
