Hi nne: I hated giving up chocolate. But you'd be surprised

(maybe not!) what you'd be willing to give up to have less V Pain!!

I was really surprised about the chocolate as well as the cinnamon

but really noticed a difference when I stopped eating them.

My " dream " is to some day get this SO under control that I will

eventually be able to go back to some of my favorite foods again. I

know it won't be any time soon. I refuse to believe it is forever!

I'd really be interested in knowing how you do. One other thing I

thought of. I had been eating prunes to help combat medication-

related constipation. Discovered that prunes really set me off as

well as did raisins. Golden raisins are ok though.
