Guest guest
Hi Lee, I was just in Bank of America today, and there was a sign for a new ATM card for schools and organizations - by using these ATM cards, the Bank contributes to the organization. The organization must first register with the bank. Actually no one at the Bank seemed to know very much about the new cards. So I'm not sure who you would contact at the Bank. Each organization gets it own card I think, with it's own logo. Do you have a Bank of America near you so you can register PSC Partners. I know I use my ATM card a lot - much more than I use the Kroger's gift card. I don't know what percentage the bank gives though. -Marie _________________________________________________________________ Test your celebrity IQ. Guest guest
Hello, my husband has had PSC for many year now, and in 2004 had his liver transplant. I am an Bank of America customer and have been for many years. Is there anything I can do in my area for this fundraising situation. I know many of the people in my bank. Guest guest
Hi Carolyn & Lee, I think this is a brand new program, so it may take a bit of time to set this up. I'll need to go back to the bank in a week or so. I'll press harder for information then. I was there on Sat. at closing time, and didn't press to hard, but neither employee seemed to know anything about, and there wasn't a brochure yet on the program either. Just a sign at the Bank about it. But if the Bank contributes 5% of what you spend, it should raise a fair amount of money. I suspect other banks will start a similar program. In fact I recall seeing credit cards that were offered by Cal State Northridge a while back, that was also meant to raise money. -Marie >Hi Carolyn, >I just saw Marie's email this morning and I have looked at the Bank of >AMerica site but I did not see anything relating to this directly.
