I can give you some advice on taking Copaxone. First, always warm the shot to body temp. before taking it. A really fast way to do this is to put the shot in the crook of your arm, or leg or even under one beast (that's how I do it and it works, no joke!) Make sure you give your shot in fatty tissue and avoid blood vessels, sticking a vein can hurt like crazy. Also, I used to find that an ice bag used to numb the site right after giving the shot. I don't know how long you've been on Copaxone but believe it or not you get very used to it after a while. I won't lie, it's always going to sting and the site will itch but I've been taking it so long I don't even pay attention to the sting or the lump anymore. Also, I limit my shots to my legs because I used to hate itchy lumps on my arms and stomach. But, just know we all get tired of taking it but you have to know it's working. If you feel it's not talk to your Neuro about switching to something else. They all have their own special quirky side effects though so hang in there. Take a breath and handle things one at a time. Stress is no friend to MS.

Dear TammyI wish I could twitch my nose for you (ala Bewitched:). If I could I would take away the sting, the need for Copaxone, the messy house... I would take care of it all for you! It sounds like you are worn out by everything right now. Have you called the nurse line or whoever does your Copaxone help? I've never been on Copaxone but I know others here are. Hopefully someone has some magic trick for you!It's nice that is coming home though! How long will he be home this time?love and hugs to you

I'm tired of taking the Copaxone! I hate the sting! I hate the knots it's leaving I'M TIRED!!

I'm tired of this stupid muscle twitch in my upper arm that's been going on all morning long! I'M TIRED!!

GGGGRRRRRR Not in the mood to deal with MS today at all! Furthermore, will be home on Monday and my house is a wreck and with his OCD I am not looking forward to his attitude!

Does someone have a magic wand? Can't my fairy godmother come visit me?
