A daughter of the late and Emogene (Klink) Bittner. Survived by her sister, Vickie, wife of Gene Brown, Mechanicsburg; and two nieces: Sepcic, Cranberry Township; and Brown, Seattle, Wash. Cindy was a vibrant and energetic young woman. Her smile would light up a room. She truly loved all of her furry friends. She cared deeply for others and was a friend to everyone she met. Friends will be received Friday, 10 to 11 a.m., at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, followed by a celebration of her life at 11 a.m. The Rev. Shaulis will officiate. Burial will be private. Memorials in Cindy's name may be directed to the Humane Society, or the G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Arrangements by the Rowe Price Funeral Home, Inc., Meyersdale.
