Guest guest
Hi all Just got a copy of the report that the GI concluded from I hav PSC. It it says under impression mild intrahepatic biliary dilation is detected. This could be secondary to schlerosing cholangitis in a patient with crohns diseae. The liver is normal in size. Small, lowe density foci within liver (3mm), Gallbladder unremarkable, no extrahepatic biliary dilation is seen. No evidence of pancreatic mass or elargmeent. Spleen size is slighly prominent in size. I wrote the Gi asking him to call me to see if I can have an MRCP vs. ERCP in light of no elevations in LFTs. Does anyone know what all this means. IS there a possibility I don't have PSC? Thanks so much. Chris
