You are welcome! I forgot to answer the diabetes thing: I don't know how to make cinnamon rolls for diabetics (they contain quite a lot of sugar...). But maybe there is something you can use instead of sugar, some kind of sugar free sweetener?

In any case, I'll attach a photo of (some of) the rolls I made, just to help you with your salivating a bit ; )

Thanks Reb. Maybe I can get my hubby or daughter to make these. When we were in S teve's [hubby] rock band many years ago, one of the band members made cinnamon rolls, and there is nothing better hot out of the oven rolls. Mouth drooling as I type this.... :-)

Thank you Reb. they do look yummy! Yes I can use Splenda or another artificial sugar, but I'd have to figure out the flour part as it too can raise blood sugars. Maybe one of my diabetic recipe books has something similar. But, I'll still miss the "real" thing. :-)
