Does he have a court order granting him visiting rights with Robbin?If so, does Robbin want that to continue? The excuse is simple enough...it's YOUR home and YOUR safe spot! He is welcome to visit but not stay. ...and if he pushes, tell him that your expecting a visitor in a few hours. He needs to learn his boundaries.

I hope so. And of course now this means I will have no built-in excuse to tell Rob to go elsewhere when he comes to visit (unless of course he brings his latest victim, in which case they are NOT staying here!). Poo.

There IS NO court order in place. None. He simply dropped us off here and vanished. He calls maybe once a week. If her were to TRY and get him, legally, I would fight, and he would lose. And he knows that.

He feels he can come visit Robbin when he wants, thankfully he is not mooching off the latest victim, in Hagerstown, Md, and not likely to show here very often. He has no desire to visit his "family", and Robbin does not want to see him or even talk to him on the phone. Rob is trying to make nice-nice with me at this time. Oh, not nice enough to, say, pay child support...lord forbid...IF and WHEN my life settles enough I will continue to try and get an atty (through legal aid) and go for court ordered child support, and full legal custody. IN the meantime, Rob has absented himself from the picture almost completely. The only reason he is even talking about coming back for a visit is that it will be Robbin's birthday, no other reason.

Well, the roomie finally showed up, she is at this moment clearing out her stuff. Her beloved cat is in the hospital, I feel sorry for her, I know she is going through a lot at this moment. However, with her actions, I cannot risk her being here. I wish her well...and gone.
