Guest guest
My son was on the chrisis plan temporarily but they cut his hours. Now I can't even find a social worker to follow up on his case. They claim that a case worker retired and that they have not replaced her position within the Palm Beach County office. Has anyone else had this happen and how do we rectify this situation
Guest guest
If he was placed on the Medicaid waiver through the crisis tool, he should have a support coordinator through the medicaid waiver. Your local APD office will be able to give you a list of support coordinators to pick from. My son was on the chrisis plan temporarily but they cut his hours.
