Guest guest
I use Shaklee Basics with iron. Be careful with iron supplements, because some of them can trigger a nasty response (Michigan Hunter Cindy, for instance). One of he " good " ones is ferrous fulmarate - the ferrous sulfate formulation is the nasty one. It all depends on what you might have. I have UC and PSC, and have had low normal iron levels for a decade or so. Typically, those with Crohn's and UC do not absorb nutrients as well as they should. With liver dysfunction, you may also need other supplements. A blood test is recommended, because you CAN get too many vitamins. Guest guest
I live with the nasty results or very low iron (6). Nothing I have tried helps without aggravating my jpouch. The only thing left for me is iron injections.
