Guest guest
Speaking of supplements, since a lot of people here are taking fish oil, here is another way.For Sam's Club shoppers, they have Omega 3 Soft chews in Lemon Lime flavor. They taste just like a chewy candy andsupposedly give you 100mg of omega 3 per chew. It says they have EPA and DHA but doesn't say how much.On the label it just says Omega 3 100 mg. Anyway, I thought I would give them a try.LeeDoes anyone have any diet suggestions for the newbie or supplements. Someone told me about milk thistle aloe juice. When my daughter had leukemia we were told not to add supplements because they could interfere with the chemo. I know absolutely nothing about them. Does anyone follow a special diet or recommend one.ThanksChris__.
Guest guest
It may taste good, but you would need 30/day to get 3 grams/day. I know people that freeze the omega-3 to avoid the taste.
