ABA Therapy case against Florida Medicaid - K.G. vs. Dudek, Case No. 11-20684-civ-Lenard/O'Sullivan

Attached is an order of a judge in Miami for preliminary injunction against the state of Florida regarding Medicaid paying for ABA therapy. Not sure how this will pan out or if it will have wide spread effect, but it is promising. Any attorneys out there that want to weigh in on this, please do.
