I think folinic is easier absorbed For those of you who have tried stem cell treatment, have you been told to supplement folic acid/folinic acid after the stem cell treatment? Are they the same thing - folic acid and folinic acid? Best regards, Babyrish's mom.

We have been told after stem cell treatment to avoid steroids and anti virals. We were told specifically to keep vitamin D levels up ( betweeen 60 and 80).We were told anything else is OK.
