Guest guest
its been just over a week or so and I think I may be seeing results already!!! I have both of my sons (1 dx pddnos and oral/motor apraxia) on 2 pro efa, 1 pro epa, and 2 high gamma vit e (200iu each). my younger son is 9 yrs old and playing pop warner football and the other night, we could really see the difference in his motor skills. It wasn't that noticeable before but now, wow! they were doing some running races and he was winning every one!!! my older son is 11 yrs old, big kid, weighs about 110 and we haven't seen anything. He is not dx, but def has some sensory issues, poss adhd. Should I up the dose for him? thanks, Rita
Guest guest
What is the gamma and alpha amount in the high gamma E? You want at least 400 IU alpha, and can go to 400 IU twice a day safely. You should try to give 200-300 mg gamma a day, but don't need to go higher than that. -claudia > its been just over a week or so and I think I may be seeing results > already!!!
