Guest guest
Hi Janice,I've never tried anything to do with Vitamin D deficiency, but I'd say it couldn't hurt to try! ;-) These days with people not getting as much sun (and many using sunscreen) not to mention possible absorption problems and digestive issues...I'd say anything is possible! As for using hormones. I can vouch for that myself! I am only 36, but I've used topical Estrace cream for the past 3 yrs. It's been great! It has so improved my vulvar skin. I had all the signs of atrophy at 32 yrs. old! Oh, I also have used Vagifem...which is good for the uro/genital tissues. If you find you need something more direct, ask for Estrace to use topically. You can use both Estrace and Vagifem with little systemic absorption. It will take time to help...so hang in there... ~Chelle
