Bloodworth - Community Work Incentive Coordinator Bloodworth, a 21 year employee of Lakeview Center, Inc.'s Vocational division, located in Pensacola, FL, is a Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) whose service area covers 12 counties in the Panhandle of Florida. A Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA) grant awarded by the Social Security Administration to Goodwill Industries of North Florida resulted in a partnership between Goodwill and Lakeview Center that allows and other CWICs to provide work incentive benefits planning and assistance to Social Security beneficiaries that are working and/or interested in working, and are receiving Social Security benefits.
