Social Skills Groups to begin August 2011

Thank you for posting- Carella Social Skills Group Program in Aventura, Coral Springs and Coral Gables at Pediatric Psychology Associates Parent Orientation meetings (no cost) are being held the week of August 22 to learn more about our groups and meet the group facilitators. We can email or fax you a group information packet explaining the goals, schedule, fees, etc. Groups are held afterschool. Flyer is attached. The focus of our Social Skills/Social Understanding Group Program is to foster successful peer relationships, improve flexibility and adaptive/cooperative behaviors.Additional goals include: Developing Social Understanding, Improving Conflict Resolution Skills, Increasing ative and ProSocial Behaviors and enhancing Self-Esteem while Reducing Anxiety.
