Don't take any antifungals for 3 days or so prior to testing. Antifungals don't kill yeast, they keep it from reproducing. So if you take an antifungal and then have a culture done, even if you have a ton of yeast it won't culture. I also wouldn't insert anything vaginally for 3 or 4 days, too. Honestly, if you're still having symptoms I would call the doc's and ask for a recheck asap.
