Guest guest
Try almond butter on a rice cake. A piece of baked chicken or turkey on a rice cracker. Carrot sticks, celery sticks. Guest guest
Is there anyone using the candidia diet right now? If so could you answer some questions for me? I am at a loss of what to have when I need a snack. Are there any good recipes available for snacking. I have been eating oatmeal with almond milk as well as some of the bread from French Meadow Bakery for breakfast. For lunch I have been having scrambled eggs on the same bread for a egg sandwich and for dinner I have been haivng a salad. Thanks for your help. I think this diet is working because I have not been having the stomach problems and I don't feel so " bogged " down. I would certainly like to loose weight while I am doing this but so far I don't think I have. Thanks,
Guest guest
I have a granny smith apple with almond butter as a snack. Some people eliminate all fruit, but i have found that a green apple doesn't interfere with the anti candida diet, in my case. I agree with the rice cakes suggestion. I have those too. Sometimes a boiled egg as a snack also works for me. You will continue to feel better. When I got off the diet earlier this month, I noticed the difference after just a few days. So I'm back on it. Good luck! Subject: candida dietTo: VulvarDisorders Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2008, 5:18 PMIs there anyone using the candidia diet right now? If so could you answer some questions for me?
