Our Dan started my son on Lutimax ( serving size 1/4 tea spoon has

Luteolin-75mg ,Rutin-75mg , L-theanine-150mg). I gave 1/4 of a spoon

per day the first week and 1/4 of a spoon thrice in a day the

follwoing week. He became very weepy.

I stopped it.It has been 2 weeks and now he is hitting his thighs with

his thumb and running around and trying to climb walls. I am also

seeing him spit out droll and him trying to rub his lower lip on

things.

He didnot have any of these earlier.

What should I do to make all this go away?

It's probably best to go back to your DAN physician and see what he says. If your son is still weepy you can give him Pulsatilla 30C - it's a homeopathic that addresses weepiness. It might also tone down some of the other symptoms. I know doctors like using combinations of things, but I feel it is very difficult for many of our kids to tolerate a combinations because you never know what they are reacting to. I'd have to say it's more than likely the Luteolin that's causing the reaction in this case. Theanine is calming and mood enhancing and Rutin is a bioflavonoid from the rind of citrus which enhances Vit. C.
