Guest guest
I have pain in my lower left abdomen and my upper right abdomen. My doctor isn't sure why I'm having pain in my lower abdomen and has scheduled a colonoscopy. I do have a history of UC but the last colonoscopy had shown remission and I haven't had the " normal " symptoms I normally have when I'm flared up. I do have problems with constipation which my doctor thinks might be the likely cause of pain in my lower abdomen. My doctor believes the upper right abdomen pain is liver/PSC related and tells me to deal with it as I'm on pain medication for chronic pain. On the supplement front my doctor disagrees with most things. I believe he just doesn't know about them and respect his being cautious. No one should take anything without researching it whether drugs or supplements both can be dangerous. (Though most drugs at least have to have a prescription).
