You hit that one on the head. We have to figure out this alone..the docs say..ah your hormone are fine..ah its not what you are eating..ah its not the birth control, ah its not this its not that and guess what?It is ALL OF THAT FOR ME. I changed those things myself and have had relief. When I went to doctors. I had NO improvement until I started telling them what to prescribe me. Sad huh...
