Hi ,

I'm lactose intolerant too! No milk or cheese for me. Every now and then I'll have a slice of pizza with a lactaid pill, but it is usually not worth the bloating that comes afterwards.

I have found that the benefits of femdophious do outweigh the usual side effects, a little bloating. If you take it at night it should not be a big problem. I started taking it with a lactaid pill the first few weeks and that helped. Now my body has gotten used to it, because I don't see the bloating at night anymore, even without the lactaid pill.

I would NOT take that in the AM. It ruined my day when i did that.

Good luck,

Should I take it on an empty stomach for better asborption or does it even matter? I've read that many women on this group have had great success with this product and I'm hoping for the same results. ~~

I'm a stubborn little thing, even though I'm lactose intolerant I still eat what I want, except now I only buy Silk Soymilk (Unsweetened) and occassionally eat ice cream. Other than that when I eat dairy products, I don't notice any side effects except diarrhea somtimes, so it must be all internal doing. I've thought about buying lactaid pills when I eat ice cream, does it really help? I'll give that a try and see what happens. I would've never known I was lactose intolerant if it weren't for my Neurology Chiropractor who had me get a blood test done, that was shipped to a lab in Washington. Among other food allergies I have are sunflower seeds/oils, garlic (highly allergic), wheat and gluten. My thoughts on this is that, how could one be so allergic to these things yet I'm 24 years old and would've went the rest of my life not knowing.

I took my first Femdophilus pill this morning on an empty stomach and it didn't bother me what so ever.
