Guest guest
I have vulvodynia and I am curious if anyone knows what are the chances of getting pregnant with this condition and if so, how likely is it that a natural childbirth could happen? Thanks!
Guest guest
I've had it for years before I got married and I had 3 children. The most difficult part is dealing with the pain, but I'm not sure if it actually interferes with conception itself. > > I have vulvodynia and I am curious if anyone knows what are the chances > of getting pregnant with this condition and if so, how likely is it > that a natural childbirth could happen? Guest guest
It does not interfere with conception, except to the extent one can or cannot have intercourse due to pain. Even then, you can have your partner ejaculate into a condom, draw up the sperm in a turkey baster, and inseminate yourself. Also, certain medications used for vulvodynia are unsafe to take while pregnant. That's why I decided to stop at 2 children. Good luck to you! Re: Vulvodynia and pregnancy?
